Role description: Arcadis is seeking a Relocation Agent in or around Jackson, TN . with significant relocation assistance (Residential/Business) experience following the Uniform Act. Should also be able to conduct/complete property management functions, title reports, closing assistance, and perform negotiations. Conduct/complete property management functions, title reports, closing assistance, and perform negotiations. Recognize when to escalate title issues. Ability to work independently, communicate and document effectively, and handle large volumes of work. Ability to prioritize assignments Attention to detail and quality of work Qualifications & Experience: Required Qualifications: 7 years of relevant work experience with 5-years of residential relocation experience following the Uniform Act Ability to become pre-qualified with TDOT within 1 month Key Attributes: Commercial relocation experience following the Uniform Act preferred Knowledge of title examination, acquisition, closing and property management preferred Why Arcadis? Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
