savings. To support our rapid growth, we’re seeking a skilled
Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator is responsible
for the end-to-end management of contract lifecycles within the
Ironclad CLM platform. The role ensures that all GPO agreements,
amendments, and NDAs are executed with precision, mapped correctly,
and integrated seamlessly with Portfolio. The Contract
Administrator acts as a bridge between Portfolio and Legal,
maintaining data integrity and facilitating the contracting
process. Responsibilities CLM Workflow Management (Ironclad) Manage
and optimize end-to-end Ironclad contract workflows to support
Category Managers Conduct rigorous quality checks on existing
contracts and ensure metadata fields are accurate and up-to-date
Ensure complex contract structures are correctly mapped to parent
agreements to maintain a "Single Source of Truth" Operations &
Sales Enablement Prepare and deliver complete, vetted contract
packages to Portfolio Operations Maintain and update the Contract
Tracker with real-time contract status and key milestones.
Proactively coordinate with Portfolio Ops and Accounting to
complete Contract updates Member & Supplier Maintenance Negotiate
member NDAs and other onboarding contracts, as needed Directly
handle drafting and processing of member-specific pricing
amendments Manage "in-flight" contract updates and administrative
amendments to facilitate renewals Support Portfolio Ops with
upcoming price change updates and contract summary sheets Legal
Collaboration Collaborate closely with the Legal to facilitate and
streamline contract processing Manage version control and
circulation of drafts and redlines during the negotiation phase
Schedule "Legal-to-Legal" calls to resolve outstanding disputes
Qualifications 3-5 years in contract administration, legal
operations, or procurement sourcing Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Legal Studies, or related field Paralegal experience Preferred
Proficiency in Ironclad or other CLM systems is highly preferred
Experience working with Legal counsel on redlining and contract
summaries GPO experience is a plus 3 years of experience in
contract administration or similar role Strong understanding of
contract law, legal terminology, and agreement structures
Proficiency with contract management software such as Ironclad,
preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile
data Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal
skills Ability to manage high volumes of contracts with exceptional
attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Suite; comfort with
data tools preferred Minimal travel may be required based on
