Job Description:
Position: Director, Clinical Integration The Director of
Clinical Integration is a well-rounded individual who combines deep
clinical operations expertise with strong acumen to drive workflow
improvement, enhance the clinician experience, and optimize the
critical tools used by our field teams. This role demands a leader
capable of influencing every aspect of the clinical enhancement
journey—including project management, clinical input, end-user
insight, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration—to
ensure the success of key initiatives. This team member will be
adept at reporting, analyzing, interpreting, and communicating
data, scoping and leading projects that drive value to operations,
and working with stakeholders across the organization. This role
must be based in the Brentwood, TN office. Responsibilities:
Leverage healthcare expertise to identify opportunities for
improving care delivery, design patient- and clinician-centered
solutions, and collaborate effectively with clinical field teams to
implement meaningful change Serve as a subject matter expert on
scope and care processes throughout the project lifecycle,
providing clinical insight and guidance from initial planning
through implementation, clinical training and evaluation Act as a
strategic liaison between clinical field teams and Clinical
Integration team Partner with internal departments to drive
collaboration, create and execute a full project plan, ensuring all
functions are tracking towards launch timelines, scope, and
results. Scope and lead clinical/operational initiatives of varying
size and scope Manage project from end-to-end: scoping, execution,
and delivery Serve as the Business Owner for key initiatives and
identifies and engages appropriate stakeholders throughout each
process Act as a key clinical user tester throughout the project
deployment process Provide regular, timely communication regarding
project status, challenges and required actions Develop
relationships with internal stakeholders, including Clinical
Operations, Multi-Specialty Platform, IT, and Regional Leadership
to coordinate the development of improvement initiatives Develop
tools for documentation of new programs/products as well as
monitoring outcomes of these program/products using available data.
Respond to stakeholder feedback, identify improvement
opportunities, develop available solutions and communicate the
available options clearly and efficiently Execute with a sense of
urgency and think “outside the box” to meet goals Position
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of five (5) years’
experience in healthcare operations or experience as a clinician
(RN, APP) Demonstrates knowledge of clinical processes and patient
care standards Ability to influence and shape work, progress, and
processes led by other leaders and teams throughout the company
Proven skills in program and product development Demonstrated
ability to lead complex projects from inception through completion,
incorporating precise project management to high level oversight
Ability to articulate problem statement and facilitate change
Evidence of interpersonal skills and a proven ability to affect
change and develop and maintain effective relationships across
interdisciplinary teams Entrepreneurial mindset geared toward
creation, execution and continuous improvement Detail-oriented and
holds self to high standards of work product Able to gather,
process, synthesize and structure key insights and conclusions from
various sources of information Analytical mindset with ability to
recognize inconsistencies and/or inefficiencies without clear
instruction Experience developing and delivering presentations to
an executive audience High level of proficiency with Microsoft
Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce Health Cloud, and/or Athena
