Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Dickson, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,794 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: January 12, 2026 Location: Dickson, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36 hours per week, every other weekend, primarily 2:1 patient ratios with occasional 1:1 and 3:1 Highlights: 6-bed Intensive Care Unit with state-of-the-art equipment including Arctic Sun and Continuous EEG monitoring Newly installed GE ICU monitors and expanding service lines with increasing acuity Work alongside an experienced team at one of the highest-ranking facilities in the network for quality and staff engagement Hands-on critical care experience with procedures including central line placements, arterial line placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubation support Electronic documentation via Meditech system Newly approved ICU expansion project that will double the facility's critical care capacity Requirements: Active Tennessee RN license or compact state license Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, and BLS required Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required Strong critical thinking and communication skills essential Ability to float to ICU overflow unit as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a high-performing critical care team recognized for excellence in quality outcomes and staff satisfaction.
