This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in line with our commitment to improving care delivery through integrated health services in fields such as emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with a network of healthcare professionals in hospitals to enhance patient outcomes and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Provide comprehensive patient care and oversee the implementation of patient management plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans. Consult with patients to understand their health concerns, symptoms, and medical histories. Diagnose and treat health conditions based on symptoms, diagnostic tests, and medical observation. Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings to provide a cohesive approach to patient care. Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in medicine relevant to your specialty. Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatment plans, and health maintenance. Strong clinical skills and knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in high pressure situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified or Board Eligible in a recognized specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association. Valid state medical license.
