Job Description:

Lebanon Center Rehabilitation & Healing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will be integral in providing high-quality patient care and support within our state-of-the-art facility, focusing on specialized care and recovery processes. Our center is dedicated to both short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing services, facilitated by a proficient team of healthcare professionals committed to the wellness and recovery of our patients. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Monitor patient health and document nursing care activities Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as dressing wounds and administering prescribed medication Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications Educate patients and their families on health conditions and recovery techniques Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Strong observational skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Empathy and compassionate care Physical stamina for long hours or night shifts Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current LPN license in the state of practice CPR certification
