What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Sr. Product Marketing Manager within our Corpay division to help drive market awareness and adoption of our product and solution. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and will be remote.
This role offers a lot of autonomy and provides the right person an opportunity to establish, build, and grow as a part of the product marketing function at Corpay. You'll play an integral role in the go-to-market strategy, marketing tactics, positioning, and overall messaging strategy for Corpay and its feature areas. You'll be the expert on the value our users and customers can gain from adopting specific features and functionality. You'll translate that expertise into deliverables that educate, inform, and promote the benefits of our product and solutions.
You'll work on our broad marketing efforts, such as brainstorming ways to increase awareness and adoption of our products, as well as support our sales and customer success motions towards conversion, adoption, and expansion. This role will occupy a critical and highly visible position - helping our Sales team connect more effectively with future customers, driving retention and leading the creation of differentiated and compelling positioning and messaging, orchestrating effective GTM launches. Success will be measured through both your ability to deliver against business metrics and your ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders. You will also work closely with our Product Management group. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Product/Partner Marketing and regularly collaborate with various departments.
How We Work
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

    The responsibilities of the role will include:
    • Developing and leading the execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and features and ensuring alignment among all customer-facing teams, as well as internal stakeholders like Product Management and Engineering.
    • Involves syndication of product strategy and product led efforts through strong collaboration.
    • Develop and execute launch plans for new products and features.
    • Own positioning, messaging, and marketing tactics of specific feature and/or product areas:
    • Create product positioning.
    • Articulate clear value-based messaging and benefits across target personas.
    • Build and maintain competitive comparisons.
    • Brainstorm marketing efforts to drive broad-scale awareness of specific features and benefits.
    • Understanding the competitive landscape-defining our competitors and how we are positioned relative to them.
    • Build and maintain sales enablement materials like one-pagers, competitive battlecards, customer case studies, demo videos, webinar content, and more to ensure perfect understanding of feature and product functionality, benefits, and value propositions among sales & success.
    • Be able to train and support sales teams to articulate the value of our Marketing materials and insights products and the value it brings to our clients.
    • Drive cross-functional alignment and communicate the value both internally and externally.
    • Coordinate outbound engagements with analysts, press, or media and own the content/communication strategy around these efforts.Qualifications & Skills
      • 4+ years' experience in product marketing, working at a high-performing start-up in the B2B SaaS space that serves a technical, dev-focused audience.
      • Knowledge and previous experience in Product Led Growth environments is a plus.
      • Overall 7+ marketing experience preferably in B2B technology space
      • Strong writer with good voice and tone; able to write content that is informative and persuasive.
      • Experience creating sales enablement content/materials for sales and success teams selling to developers as well as technical leaders.
      • Experience partnering with sales to support expansion within accounts and across customers via product education and sales enablement materials.
      • Exceptional communication skills. Able to bring visibility to projects and progress toward a goal at both a team and company level.
      • Proven experience meeting the needs of (and setting realistic expectations around) internal stakeholders as they relate to product marketing materials.
      • Strong project management experience. Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without being micromanaged.
      • You are an enthusiastic self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity. You have a natural aptitude to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with autonomy
      • Ability to prioritize projects effectively, juggling multiple projects with tight deadline
      • Team player and leader, with the ability to influence without direct authority
      • Possesses an eye for good design, particularly as it pertains to marketing materials (e.g., website, branding, etc.)Benefits & Perks
