Job Description:
Ascension seeks a dedicated and skilled Emergency Department RN

emergency situations, assessing conditions and implementing
critical care as needed. Collaborate with physicians, paramedics,
and other medical staff to formulate treatment plans. Operate
medical equipment and monitor patient conditions continuously,
adjusting treatment plans as required by the evolving nature of the
patient’s condition. Educate patients and their families on
treatment protocols, post-emergency procedures, and preventive
measures. Maintain accurate patient records and document all care
provided effectively ensuring confidentiality and consistency in
healthcare management. Participate in continuous training and
professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the
latest practices in emergency nursing care. Proven ability to
perform in high-stress situations Excellent teamwork capabilities
and strong communication skills High level of proficiency in
operating emergency medical equipment Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach
