OverviewJob Summary--As Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and sending emails that will catch our audiences attention and interest as we look to grow relationships. In this role you will plan, build, test, and execute email marketing campaigns in conjunction with key stakeholders across the organization. You will also analyze email marketing campaigns, generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and present findings. The ideal person for this role must demonstrate significant knowledge and aptitude for email send platforms, database management and maintenance, including list segmentation.Responsibilities

  • Inform, implement, manage and report direct email marketing campaigns on behalf of stakeholders from across naviHealth
  • Inform strategy, design/format templates and write copy for high-performance email marketing campaigns as appropriate by segment to onboard, engage, and retain potential and current partners
  • Serve as subject matter expert on CAN-SPAM Act compliance and industry best practices
  • Ensure messaging and design is consistent with the overall brand
  • Manage, compile, and maintain email distribution lists, including developing and coding list segmentation for all direct and interactive marketing campaigns
  • Develop A/B tests for subject lines, CTAs, time of day, day of the week, or content
  • Track and report on metrics/KPIs of email marketing efforts to track effectiveness and inform future campaigns
  • Enhance existing email templates using graphics, personalization and other advanced features
  • Create and secure email databases for lead generation (CRM/Salesforce)
  • Manage a campaign/communication calendar to monitor outgoing email volume across audiences to ensure alignment with established business rules
  • Manage mailboxes to ensure prompt and accurate communication with partners via email to minimize unsubscribes
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Design email templates that support mobile platforms
  • Monitor trends in and remain current on email marketing programs, tools, and metrics; appropriately apply knowledge to increase the effectiveness of our program
  • Purge non-deliverable email addresses and manage opt-outs
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requestedQualifications
    • 3-5 years experience in
      • Email marketing platforms: Marketo preferred
      • Marketing automation
      • CRM platform integrations: Sales Force preferred
      • Segment approach; juggling many different business needs and messaging at the same time
      • CAN-SPAM Act compliance
      • 2+ years in marketing, with interest or experience in B2B2C, B2B and B2B SaaS technology
      • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field
      • Marketo and Salesforce certifications preferred
      • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
      • Experience in a fast-paced collaborative environment
      • Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
      • Self-starter, eager to learn new tools
      • Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship-building skills
      • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
      • Strong energy and passion for creating a unique and customer-centric brand experience
