This role is critical in ensuring the high performance and reliability of vehicles through comprehensive servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs. As part of Cox Automotive, you will work in a dynamic environment that merges traditional automotive skills with innovative technology and practices, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to engine diagnostics, brake servicing, and transmission adjustments. Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools. Collaborate with the service team to enhance maintenance protocols and reduce vehicle downtime. Provide detailed reports on diagnostic findings and repair work. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Educate clients on vehicle status, recommend preventive maintenance, and explain repairs. Proficiency with diagnostic software and tools Strong understanding of automotive systems and components Excellent problem-solving capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Medical Insurance 401k ASE Certification strongly preferred Valid driver’s license
