Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our team in providing excellent blood collection services while ensuring patient safety and adherence to proper procedural protocols. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who is committed to patient care and comfort during the specimen collection process. Perform venipuncture and other blood collection methods with minimal discomfort to patients Label and track specimens accurately and ensure their proper transport to the laboratory Maintain a clean and safe work environment complying with all infection control protocols Provide clear instructions to patients and manage patient records with confidentiality Assist in the maintenance of phlebotomy equipment and inventory of supplies Proficient in venipuncture and capillary techniques Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Knowledge of medical software for patient data management Ability to handle biological specimens safely Excellent communication and patient handling skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
