This role is crucial in helping to prevent fire hazards and ensuring compliance with public safety regulations. Our technicians are instrumental in safeguarding the premises and ensuring the security measures meet or exceed local and national fire safety standards. Your expertise will contribute towards Securitas' mission of protecting homes, workplaces and communities from the danger of fire. Inspect properties to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with fire safety codes and regulations. Conduct fire safety audits and create comprehensive reports detailing inspection findings. Recommend fire safety measures and assist in implementing effective fire prevention solutions. Collaborate with fire departments and other emergency services to coordinate fire safety efforts. Educate property owners and community members on fire safety practices and emergency procedures. Knowledge of fire codes and regulations Proficient in the use of fire inspection tools and equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Fire Inspector I (CFI) by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Certification in Fire Safety and Prevention
