The goal of Blueprint Title Company is simple: streamline residential real estate closings for buyers, sellers, and real estate service professionals. As a member of the Blueprint Title team, you will help us lead the charge in proving that the real estate closing industry is ready for novel technology, lower pricing, and better service. What you will work on As the Director of Sales, you will drive significant and sustained revenue growth by personally closing large (and small) enterprise deals, designing sales process, and leading an exceptional sales organization. You view sales as a forum for you to operate as a player, coach, and architect. Specific responsibilities include: -- Developing and leading a team of highly motivated sales professionals in existing markets, new markets, and headquarters -- Personally closing and managing key customer relationships -- Consistently exceeding all revenue and KPI goals -- Implementing CRM and reporting systems, processes, and other infrastructure to drive operational efficiency -- Collaborate with leadership to provide customer feedback and identify opportunities to satisfy customer needs -- Engage the onboarding and processing teams to provide exceptional service to new and continuing clients What we are looking for in you 8-10+ years of sales experience, preferably within the financial services industry 5+ years of sales management experience in a rapid growth environment Experience selling new products, B2B or SaaS sales experience preferred Proven track record of consistently exceeding individual and team revenue, sales, and/or other quantitative goals A "talent magnet" with a strong track record of successfully recruiting and developing high performing salespersons Executive presence and effective interacting solo with C-level audiences BA or BS degree General knowledge of real estate, insurance, and banking industries preferred but not required Prior experience building/overseeing the components of a successful, scalable "sales machine" such as: developing lead generation practices, customizing pitches and sales collateral, liaising with operations to on board customers, recruiting and training sales people, implementing CRM systems Personal characteristics include: Creative thinker who finds innovative solutions to obstacles.
