seeking a highly motivated and professional Internet Sales Manager
/ BDC Manager to lead our growing team. This is your opportunity to

Middle Tennessee's premier luxury automotive dealerships. We're

while upholding the Lexus standard of excellence. What You'll Do
Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads with urgency and
professionalism Build strong relationships with online customers
through consistent, effective communication Provide transparent
quotes on pricing, interest rates, and inventory availability Guide
customers through digital and in-person presentations of vehicle
inventory Receive and process online and manual credit applications
Maintain top-tier performance in CSI , average gross , and monthly
units sold Support and train BDC representatives and internet sales
team members What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of Automotive
Sales Management experience Proven success in desking deals,
customer engagement, and team leadership Strong understanding of
CRM systems, internet lead handling, and digital sales strategies A
confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills High
level of organization, initiative, and follow-through Ability to
coach, motivate, and lead a high-output sales team Authorized to
work in the United States Ideal Traits Self-motivated with a
proactive attitude Enthusiastic and optimistic leader who leads by
example Driven to exceed goals and elevate the customer experience
