Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid) Pay: $50,000 base bonuses
(expected $100,000 total) Job Type: Full-time About the Role Are

criminal defense law firm in Nashville is seeking a Law Firm Sales
and Intake Specialist to handle inbound client inquiries, guide
potential clients through our intake process, and help them take
the next step toward representation. This is not a cold-calling
role — all leads are inbound. You’ll talk with people who have
already reached out for help and guide them toward the legal
solutions they need. Compensation & Benefits - Base salary: $50,000
- Performance bonuses: Expected total earnings $100,000 at plan -
Guaranteed training bonus during the initial onboarding period - 10

at plan earnings Responsibilities: - Answer and return phone calls,
web inquiries, and messages from potential clients - Listen with
empathy, gather key facts, and determine if the caller is a good
fit for our firm - Clearly explain our legal services and how we
can help - Schedule consultations and follow up with leads who
haven’t yet signed on - Maintain detailed records of all
communications in our CRM system - Collaborate with attorneys and
staff to ensure a smooth client experience - Meet and exceed intake
and conversion goals Qualifications: - Excellent communication and
listening skills - Prior sales, intake, or customer service
experience (legal or medical preferred) - Inbound sales experience
is a strong plus - Tech-savvy with CRM and office software - Highly
organized and detail-oriented - Positive, professional, and
empathetic demeanor - Honest and ethical character — essential in
