VP Inside Sales SMB Outbound US Vehicle Payments About the role:
We are seeking an accomplished B2B inside sales leader to join our
team. In this role, you will build and grow the outbound sales
channel for our US Vehicle Payments business. Join us in our
mission to increase sales exponentially and take Corpay to the next
level. Key Responsibilities: The VP of Inside Sales (SMB Outbound)
will have full responsibilities for leading and managing our
outbound sales team and driving profitable revenue growth. Build
and lead High-Performing Outbound Sales Teams – starting from
scratch, the successful candidate will: Recruit sales managers and
sales representatives for our North American Fleet business
(selling to SMB clients). Coach, train, evaluate, and monitor sales
managers and sales representatives’ performance through the sales
cycle. Set and monitor KPIs for improved decision-making. Develop
sales strategies and tactics to increase sales. Maintain an
understanding of the payments space, market trends, and the
competitive landscape. Budgeting and Forecasting – working closely
with Sales Operations, you will be responsible for: Sales Targets –
set appropriate sales targets for each channel to reach monthly,
quarterly, and annual sales goals. Sales Expenses – manage sales
revenue with sales expenses to produce profitable net sales
expenses. Forecasts – accurately predict revenue generation from
sales monthly, quarterly, and annually. Qualifications: A bachelors
degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is
preferred; an MBA is preferred. 5 years’ experience as a Sales
Leader in a B2B Inside Sales (outbound) environment. Strong sales
and commercial acumen. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency with
Salesforce.com and Excel. Position can be located in our Atlanta or
