B2B Inside Sales Specialist role could be the perfect opportunity
for you to showcase your customer service and selling skills to
truly make an impact! You would be showing and selling equipment to
customers and prospective customers, tracking, targeting and
closing business with walk-in customers and targeting customers via
email and the phone. The position is based out of our Nashville
branch.B2B Inside Sales Specialist - Main Responsibilities include
the following: Others may be assigned.Provide excellent customer
service to all walk-in customersPlace outbound calls to established
& potential customersOpen new accounts and grow existing
accounts.Sell and inform customers of new products and equipment,
if applicable.Telephone follow-up on sales opportunities, managing
these activities through the CRM system.Support Regional Account
Managers with lead generation, sales follow-up and service support
calls as needed.Accurately maintain all appropriate reports,
contact information and account information in CRM.Identify/qualify
prospective customers developed from lead lists, direct mail,
promotions, etc.Essential Duties include:Check out customers with
our Point of Sales System with enthusiasm and accuracy.Promptly and
enthusiastically answering the phone.Clean and stock the
showroom.Identify and refer customers that require the assistance
of our sales team.Provide technical assistance with cleaning
chemicals and equipment.Requirements:Essential
Requirements:Experience with Auto Detailing, Pressure Washing, B2B
Sales, Floor Care Equipment, or related field preferred.Display a
bright and enthusiastic personality that creates a fantastic
customer experience.Minimum of a High School Diploma
required.Retail and cash handling experience preferred.Ability to
learn our product line well enough to fulfill customer needs and
answer questions.Able to regularly lift 50 pounds.Valid driver's
license.Our showroom is open Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm. Our
representatives must be here early enough to get the shop open and
be able to stay long enough to close when the last customer
leaves.Weekends off with no travel required!Personality, Work Ethic
and Enthusiasm is valued more than experience, so we are willing to
train the right candidate.Bi-lingual Spanish / English
