complete portfolio of chemical solutions, technical services,
control equipment, and digital tools to meet the specific water
management needs of its clients.
Join our team inChattanooga, TN!The Field Service Representative
(FSR)will be responsible for providing on-site technical customer
service. This position will include chemistry tests, chemical feed
and control equipmentmaintenance, chemical inventory management,
technical recommendations, andwritten service reports.
Main Responsibilities:
Installs and serviceschemical feed and water treatment equipment at
designated locations;
Acts as technicalconsultant and liaison with customer management
and technicalcounterparts;
Provides service andsupport to customer sites within the
territory;
Provides knowledge/supportto the account managers within the region
concerning the company's newest technologies for digitization and
chemical feed andcontrol solutions;
Provides training and information sessions to theaccount managers
on this technology;
Performs water analysisand/or collects samples for preparation,
labeling, and shipment to designated laboratory for analysis;
Troubleshoots and repairspumps, instruments, and control
panels;
Calibrates feed pumps,controllers, feed rate charts and maintains
log sheets;
Conducts preventativemaintenance on chemical feed pumps,
controllers, and instrumentation;
Maintains inventory ofspare parts (lube oil, tubing, piping, etc),
and adequate supply ofreagents, sample containers, and shipment
containers necessary forroutine as well as special sampling and
analysis.
Qualifications/Requirements:
2 years of laboratory or maintenance experiencepreferably in
anuclear power plant;
Technical training (college, military,
technical/vocationalschool);
Familiarity with water treatment processing;
Strong communications andinterpersonal skills, customer service and
results-oriented with strong analytical skillsand business
acumen;
Team player, willing to work independently (after proper training),
hands-on, self-motivated, and self-starter;
Ability to read andinterpret instruction manuals, safety manuals,
etc...;
Mathematicalskills, including math operations in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, ratios, and
percentages.
