a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for
acquiring new customers and establishing ongoing business
relationships. You will report to the Director of Marketing and New
Business Development to plan and execute a market outreach
strategy.Functions:50% travel in the Southeast US (2 weeks on, 2
weeks off) is required for this position, including frequent
overnights. You will be able to work remotely when not
travelingCoordinating with the Inside Sales and Service teams to
ensure a high level of customer satisfactionPerforming market
researchDeveloping product and industry knowledgeCollaborating
within the team to identify, facilitate, and monitor prospecting
opportunitiesDeveloping, organizing and presenting educational
lunch & learn seminars for prospective customersMaintaining and
organizing contact lists, activities, reports and records in
Salesforce CRMParticipating in company marketing and networking
eventsRepresenting the organization at scheduled sponsor events,
tradeshows and conferencesRequirements:3-5 Years of applicable
experience The person must possess strong, professional
communication, presentation and listening skillsHigh-level
technical skills are not required but this person will need to be
comfortable working with technical people and identify when and how
to utilize the support team in the prospecting processUp to 70% of
