  • Primarily focused on customer sales in a retail setting, outfitting the customer with the most appropriate medical equipment for their needs
  • Processing customer orders by mail, telephone, fax, email, or other employees
  • Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate medical equipment needs and service actions
  • Support order fulfillment from online, in-store, or from assignment-based orders
  • Ensuring proper product knowledge is retained in order to provide excellent customer service
  • Maintaining the inventory and supporting ordering functions as assigned to you
  • Cleaning equipment and assisting with the maintenance of equipment and supplies
  • Performing accurate company-required record-keeping
  • Resolving customer problems, such as shipping or invoicing problems, insurance issues, etc.
  • Assisting colleagues and other employees with administrative duties
  • Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers and team members
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Ensure patient confidentiality at all times, following HIPAA requirements
    Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
    • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Professional, positive attitude
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Proven customer support experience
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Familiar with practice management systems
    • Excellent listening skills
      On Target Earnings: -$62,000Base Salary + Commission Role
