The Microsoft Federal organization was established to address the
unique mission, legal/regulatory requirements, and procurement
rules and processes of the United States Government (USG).

**Responsibilities**
Uncover, assess, and prioritize current and future opportunities
while working directly with the customer, internal organizations
within Microsoft, the Federal government and the Microsoft partner
ecosystem.
Understanding and influencing partner and customer-specific
technology requirements, resulting in the adoption of Microsoft
solutions in strategic, business, and mission applications.
Expand strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact and
targeted business growth and drive the jointly agreed customer
multi-year Digital Transformation business strategy through
articulating Microsoft's offerings, delivering agreed outcomes
while leading a virtual internal and external team with the
customer and partners
Disrupt the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing
innovative ideas that showcase case for change and Microsoft
Federal's unique value proposition
Ensure customers have a cloud infrastructure modernization strategy
and their technical environments are "Cloud Ready"
Establish Microsoft as a leader in the US Government championing
Microsoft Federal's missions and sales plays.
Remain customer focused by running a healthy and predictable
business that delivers on a jointly agreed customer Digital
Transformation strategy
Collaborate closely with the field ATU/STU and management teams to
drive new business opportunities.
Increase technical and industry acumen delivering innovative ideas
to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
Focus on business outcomes and driving aggressive revenue growth
that propel customer satisfaction built around Digital
Transformation.
Consistent, repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption
targets through disciplined pipeline, forecast management.
**Qualifications**
Working knowledge of Federal System Integrator landscape and
Federal IT ecosystem:
Strong solution sales and/or engineering background, with 7+ years
of technology-related experience required.
Focus on cloud infrastructure technologies preferred
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry markets
preferred
Experience in leading and driving solutions, orchestrating virtual
selling teams where necessary, leveraging repeatable offerings
Executive maturity, presence and experience in building trust with
business decision makers articulating and demonstrating solution
propositions
Ability to drive digital transformation in a highly competitive
environment with proven ability to successfully anticipate market
changes to drive industry-relevant solutions, with an understanding
of competitive technologies to address competitive threats and
navigate complex customer environments
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and master new concepts and
technologies to be able to impact their adoption and usage
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management,
Economics, related field OR equivalent experience.
US Citizenship:
The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Citizenship
Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship
to meet federal government security requirements.
Cloud Screening: Candidates must be able to successfully complete
and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud
Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.
Candidates selected for this position must comply with Federal
Executive Order 14042 mandating that federal contractors and
subcontractors receive the COVID-19 vaccine by being fully
vaccinated before their date of hire, or work with Microsoft to
receive an approved religious or medical accommodation
The salary range for this role is from $ $127K to $195K.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards,
including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based
on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the
opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or
utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's
