Description:This position is in person and requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before your start dateCSR's needed to support Veterans. 60-70 inbound calls per day. Rescheduling appointments. Scheduling appointments. They will handle Transportation requests from the Vets to attend appointments. They will also handle mileage check requests. CSRs will navigate multi-screens and be on the phone at the same time. This role will be strictly scheduling Veterans across the country. They will either need a doctors appointment, a follow up or some type of medical need and the CSR will need to work with providers and doctors to get them scheduled. Uses software for functional area to schedule appointments and document in the case management systems. Answer phones from automated call distribution system, Triage daily download of referrals and ensure appropriate worksheets are assigned to corresponding conditions as identified by Veterans Administration, Verify appropriate CPT and CLIN codes assigned to each case.ScheduleFirst 2 weeks of training 8am-5pm schedule After training you will go to 11-730 shift. Not presently required to work weekends although its available for OT after several months of training.Pay $17-$18.50 /hrOnce perm you qualify for quarterly bonuses if metrics are met. Offers amazing benefits as they are partnered with the VA. Bonuses range from $300-$500 per quarter. The bonus is 6% of their salary divided by 4 (1.5% per quarter).
