Sales Representative- Entry Level Developing and contacting Manufacturing Decision Makers to obtain future business, and maintain current accounts. Travel to meetings, and share details about company quality services. Travel within the given zone. Compensation for sales, and car allowance offered. 1 hour Radius from Nashville, TN After entry-level training, you will become a sales representative for a Manufacture Support Company. Responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and drive progress toward sales closures, according to company process. Responsible for Communicate specifics of meetings, and manpower requirements with Management and Corporate, following Initial Meeting. Track and report to Executive Management, all sales activity for tracking of both daily and weekly KPIs. Develop sales leads through email and social media communications using provided company templates or as directed by Leadership. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Ensure overall sales experience is carried out efficiently and effectively resulting in increased customer satisfaction. When onsite at locations, follow up with established contacts to complete customer satisfaction surveys. Coordinates all aspects of launching and maintaining new projects including initial customer meeting, closure of the sale, communication of PPG project personnel requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and retention up to project closure. Develop promotional campaigns for the company with attendance of targeted conventions, also establish and attend formal meetings. Identify and pursue existing and new customers for large Tier as well as National accounts. Ensure follow-through completion for any meetings, quotes, RFQ---s in an effort to close deals. Conduct ongoing location customer satisfaction surveys and establish professional relationships with key customer contacts to encourage further growth of PPG operations within the location or region. Communicate regularly with Executive Management Team on resource needs. Maintain meetings that you schedule in-person or virtually. Be able to work remotely to support continual marketing activities. QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Strong Computer Skills (Proficient in Microsoft Office) Excellent written and verbal communications skills Able to travel up to a 2-hour radius of home location. Shift hours are nights and weekends (7 days) with flexible availability Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multitask VERY Strong Interpersonal Skills Attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work with minimum supervision Must have reliable transportation Travel on the day and overnight trips to support sales and marketing activities Ability to travel on short notice Work flexible hours on various shifts based on customer response demands Perform candidate sourcing and selection activities including manufacturing association events, sales presentations, and site visits Must respond to all customer and internal calls/emails even after hours Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential material
