What we need: An administrative assistant that is one step ahead
of the game! Specifically, I am seeking an administrative assistant

-Candidate will be creating or editing correspondence related to
the office management- grammar, punctuation and pulling out your
high school English book would be helpful!
-Working with clients and their budgets, that make you wish you had

-Copies and collates reports: pivot tables, v-lookups, definitely
helpful in this task!
-Making travel arrangements for Owner. Don't you wish you could

-Maintaining busy calendars to keep your boss from giving you the
evil eye because they missed a VIP meeting.
Nitty Gritty: -3 years of experience working as an administrative
assistant in a professional services firm OR -1 year of
administrative experience in a professional services firm with
-Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft office, not Word
-PeopleSoft Financial preferred
-Multi-task- juggling at its finest!
-Attention to detail skills, if you like puzzles, this is a
