and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of
this job are included but not limited to this job description -
other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.Ability to
utilize machine interface and understand basic processes to
diagnose including pneumatic and electronic issuesKnowledge of
automated machinery and general millwork related to machining
Ability to identify possible improvements in cycle times and
processes to improve efficienciesInteracts with Maintenance and
Engineering to resolve downtime interruptionsInvolved in continual
improvement activities and kaizens to improve performance of the
equipmentHave good mechanical knowledge related to all aspects of
the tensioner operationAbility to read and train others on small
quality testing equipment example: Calipers, Mics, Microscope,
etc.Maintain tensioner machining equipment example: tooling
adjustment, presetting, and pm etc.Ability to troubleshoot basic
machine issuesMaintain quality of the partsAbility to check parts
to meet quality standardAbility to read small quality testing
equipment example: calipers, mics, microscope, etc.Ability to read
a part print.Ability to run two lines at a timeAbility to change
over lineAbility to train othersInvolved in continual improvement
activities and kaizens to improve performance of the equipmentHave
good mechanical knowledge related to all aspects of the tensioner
operationRequirements:High School diploma or equivalentFive or more
years machining experience preferred. Any type of education related
to electronics, engineering, maintenance and robotics is a
plus.Basic Microsoft Office. Knowledge of machine interface devices
is a plus.Basic problem solving or troubleshooting skillsAbility to
