• Excellent group of people!Job Details***THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE SIGNIFICANT TRAVEL***
  • Specific job duties include (following successful training in the various court systems):Will be hands-on and lead others in the installation, sand, prime, and paint of court panels, install wood flooring glass court walls, and be proficient in finishing courts to be play ready.Candidates should be highly proficient and have a strong understanding of general carpentry - flooring and glazing experience is a plus, but not required.A high degree of skill and comfort level with a wide degree of tools and operating equipment is preferred.Confidence leading others in construction with a keen attention to detail and adaptive to various work environments is ideal. Many specific court systems techniques and skills can be taught and learned in the field.Experience:
    • 5+ years in construction as carpenter in residential and/or commercial in new or re-model construction
    • Project Management (estimating, cost control, scheduling, supervisor role)
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
    • Familiarity with AutoCAD and reading and deciphering blueprints/construction drawings
    • Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills: 2 years (Preferred)
    • Preparation of submittals, shop drawings, scheduling, and sequencing of construction projectsEducation:
