Preferred Qualifications:College degree preferredPrevious food manufacturing experience is preferredSkill at Troubleshooting PLC systems is preferredQualifications:Must possess a High School or equivalent educationFive (5) years mechanical experience or equivalent trainingMust have 3-5 years as a lead or Supervision in a Maintenance departmentAbility to work with minimal supervision within a team environment.Must have good practical sense working with and troubleshooting equipment problemsMust be a team player.Must have good communication skills.Must be a leader in team spiritMust be able to set good examples for others to follow.Must be a self-starter and have the ability to detect and troubleshoot problems and carry out the proper repairs.Must possess knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, industrial refrigeration, the baking process, sanitation and quality controlMust possess basic understanding of fabrication skills such as welding, cutting, grinding and machine work.Must follow all GMP's
