Job Description:

Rubrik is hiring for a Global Service Logistics Analyst to join our growing Supply Chain team. You will step in to conduct analysis and implement logistics plans pertaining to our service logistics processes. This role will tasked in creating a high level of customer satisfaction with their internal partners and external customers while assisting in cost optimization opportunities.
In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. If you have experience in logistics and supply chain processes in a fast paced, high growth tech company we'd like to meet you.
What you will be doing:

• 
  Ensuring inventory stocking levels are met across Global depot network
  
  
• 
  Assist in the daily RMA Fulfillment within the ERP and CRM systems
  
  
• 
  Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
  
  
• 
  Plan and implement reverse logistics supply chain optimization projects
  
  
• 
  Oversee inventory reconciliation processes
  
  
• 
  Help foster trusting relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective system enhancements and automation
  
  
• 
  Track KPIs and report on Service logistics performance
  
  
• 
  Process Vendor RMAs for critical part replacement
  
  
• 
  Driving Asset Recovery management related to defective part returns
  
  
• 
  Provide logistics escalation support to the Customer Support Organization
  
  
  Experience you will need
  
  • 
    
  • 
    5+ years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role
    
    
  • 
    Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
    
    
  • 
    Able to resolve complex issues, drive enhancements, and process improvements
    
    
  • 
    Experience in analysis and reporting in relevant domain
    
    
  • 
    Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management)
    
    
  • 
    Working knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, Netsuite or equivalent CRM
    
    
  • 
    Analytical mind with business acumen

    The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
    US Pay Range
    $98,600-$148,000 USD
