• Responsible for Full Service Accounting for Books
• Maintain General Ledger
• AP / AR
• Maintain project budgets within Google Sheets
• Daily maintenance of Bank Account Reconciliations
• Project Specific Disbursements and Closing Entries
• Monthly Close Procedures
• Maintain Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss for all sets of books
• Detailed Monthly Financial Reporting and Tracking
• Cash Flow Management and Tracking for All Entities and Personal
• Maintain Owner's equity position in all entities
• Investor Tracking and Reporting
• Handle Insurance Audits and Requests
• Payroll and Employee Benefit and PTO Tracking
• Manage Rental Income and ExpensesRequirements:
  • B.S. in Accounting or Finance
  • 6+ years of accounting experience - construction experience preferred
