Line of Business Corporate Schedule Full-time Primary Location United States-Tennessee-Nashville Other Locations United States What you will do: As the TA Data Analyst and Process Development Lead, you will be responsible for the day to day tasks involved with development and operations of talent acquisition, including but not limited to, maintaining and developing and delivering talent acquisition processes and training media. Provide ongoing support for talent acquisition growth initiatives. At point for ongoing creative marketing and social media support for talent acquisition. Partner with TA leaders to build recruitment strategy for the region or assigned client group and deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes to drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Amedisys as the employer of choice. You will have the opportunity to conduct complex data analysis and decision support for designated HR and TA system(s), while supporting the continuous development and innovation of a TA platform including the processes and systems necessary to sustain a high-volume TA organization. Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for process improvement initiatives and projects within the Talent Acquisition department
  • Ensures efficient workflow is maintained and establishes policy in adherence to SLA's
  • Applicant Tracking System super user, provides back end support and serves as liaison between TA personnel and the HR Business System Analyst (Sr. Taleo Analyst)
  • Develops and maintains ongoing reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process using data from applicant tracking system and human resources information system -and/or additional systems to be determined
  • Delivers regular reports, such as, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards in Excel, - Oracle Business Intelligence and eventually iCIMS
  • Interprets and analyzes data in order to identify important trends, measure performance against goals, alert stakeholders to any issues and suggest areas for improvement to ensure goals are met
  • Produces ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively audits data, highlights any variances to the business and help improve data quality
  • Coordinates, facilitates, and conducts Talent Acquisition new hire training and creates learning and development materials for recruiters
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to create new marketing content for recruitment purposes, and provides creative ideas to increase outcomes on social media
  • Maintains TA SharePoint and other TA shared platforms for validity and accuracy of current information.
  • Responsible for identifying and assisting in solving Recruitment related issues and process updates, ensuring these adhere to the organizations policies and directives.
  • Collaborate with TA leaders to support ongoing growth and strategy efforts
  • Support the continued development of TA members by helping with conceptualizing, devising, and implementing training initiatives Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Proven experience delivering results, setting priorities and building strong relationships with leaders across functional departments.
    • Experienced in developing, implementing, and analyzing complex metrics and reporting.
    • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite, ATS/Recruiting systems and HRIS databases.
    • Experienced with conducting audits, analyzing the audit data to determine training needs and implementing supplemental training. Qualifications: Required:
      • -Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
