Job Description:

Summary of Job: Seeking experienced and entry level technicians, this position performs maintenance for our commercial HVAC customers. Primarily responsible for performing coil cleaning, filter changes, belt replacement and DST readings on equipment as assigned. Employee must show a willingness to learn.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and adjust belts related to commercial HVAC systems
• Inspect and install/replace all types of HVAC and related system filters
• Inspect and clean condenser coils
• Perform DST (digital sound technology) inspections
• Perform basic troubleshooting when requiredSkills and Abilities:
  • Must have excellent written communications skills
  • Must possess excellent time management skills
  • Must have excellent oral communications skills
  • Must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Must be able to deal with difficult people
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
