Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• You will work closely with the client's business function to design and implement a target state process
  
  • Achieve buy-in from stakeholders and drive adoption of new methods
    
    • Identify opportunities for clients to achieve future success
      
      • General support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications
        
        • Assess existing artifacts, documentation, and data to baseline client performance against best practices.
          
          • Oversee the business process assessment, target state design, and road map activities
            
            • Gather business requirements
              
              • Understand business capabilities of tools
                
                • Negotiate what is expected to be configured out-of-the box or customized
                  
                  • Facilitate the JAD sessions and align on how solutions meet business requirements/user stories
                    
                    • Enable the adoption of new processes, procedures and tools
                      
                      • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications

                        Qualifications Required
                        
                        
                        • 2+ years ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment
                          
                          • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable experience
                            
                            • Must be technically savvy and possess strong experience configuring ServiceNow
                              
                              • Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
                                
                                • Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and running JAD sessions
                                  
                                  • Travel up to 10% annually
                                    
                                    • A current government security clearance, or the ability to hold a clearance is required
                                      
                                      • Must live a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Kansas City, MO; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; Nashville, TN; Philadelphia, PA; Phoenix, AZ; Pittsburgh, PA; Sacramento, CA; St. Louis, MO; San Diego, CA; Seattle, WA; Tallahassee, FL; Tampa, FL; OR be willing to relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
