Job Description:
This position is a direct report to the Sr. Manager, IT and will
work with IT management, the development staff, system
administrators, and systems analysts to apply professional
principles, practices, and techniques to lead supply chain systems
team members in delivering solutions within scope and cost, based
on thorough requirements gathering, work estimation, and quality
assurance testing.The Senior Analyst, Solutions (SSA) is chartered
with establishing priorities while balancing support and project
deliverables. The SSA will be hands-on and thoroughly involved in
the solution and project delivery, which includes constant review
and adherence to plans, budgets, scope, and charters. It is
imperative for this person to have strong communication,
collaboration skills, and a good understanding of a standard IT
industry practices.This position is a senior member responsible for
team leadership. The individual will be forward looking and able to
anticipate risks and needs and able to quickly consider impact and
decide how best to utilize departmental resources in a creative,
cost-effective manner. This involves selecting and recommending
mitigation strategies that meet business needs.We are seeking a
leader who has had hands-on experience with Information Systems.
The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience - from
project inception to delivery to day-to-day support.This is a
hybrid role working 50% in office and 50% from home. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as point of contact for the functional area's portfolio,
resources, and scheduling
- Lead and mentor 1-4 analysts, managing the breadth of IT Supply
Chain systems, functions, and support areas.
- Translate business wants/needs into capabilities while
identifying implications for organizing, preparing, and executing
monthly business reviews
- Collaborate with solution analysts, programmers, architects and
business partners to translate business requirements and
capabilities into functional solutions
- Gather, organize, and communicate status, issues, strategies to
business customers
- Plan for future business capabilities, identify application
gaps and identify when needs are required
- Review/approve requirements documents, technical
specifications, quality assurance test scripts, and regression test
scripts
- Coordinate and assist with Quality Assurance and User
Acceptance Testing
- Interfaces with business users, business management, and IT
management
- Self-manage production (day-to-day support) and project work
activities
- Assist in estimating resource allocations for new projects
- Assist in managing the deliverables of third-party labor
- Assist in managing software and hardware vendors
- Support organization's system change and configuration
management efforts
- Define, develop, and document new processes, procedures, and
system models
- Support process and procedure roll-out and implementation
- Oversee the complete documentation for project development
efforts
- Lead and participate in requirement elicitation workshops and
present findings to management
- Resolve priorities and resource requirement conflicts by
skillful negotiation
- Protects the company's assets and financial information by
ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control
procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of
potential fraud risk.

- Requires 7+ years' experience in Information Systems
- Expert skills in problem solving, process definition, taking
initiative, and analysis
- Mastery of the Information Systems
- Prior experience in a Retail Multi Channel organization is
preferred
- Self Sufficient / Self Starter - Does what is necessary to get
the job done
- Strong Work Ethic (Works Smart, not just Hard)
- Strong Organizational Skills, Prioritization, and
Communications
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
