  • Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.
    
  • Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.
    
  • Shift lengths vary based on package volume generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.
    
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

    $15.50 base
    $1.00 shift differential

    $25 Weekend hours worked - Sat OR Sun bonus
    6 Day Workweek bonus-
    $100 (Full Time must work 48+ hours)
    $50 (Part Time must work 35+ hours)

    Shifts:
    Preload - Starts at 1:00am or 4:30am (Sun-Thurs)
    Preload - Starts at 1:00am or 4:30am (Tues-Sat)
    Preload - Starts at 1:00am or 4:30am (Fri-Mon)
    
    Twilight - Starts at 5:00pm (Sun-Thurs)
    Twilight - Starts at 5:00pm (Mon-Fri)
    
    Midnight - Starts at 10:00pm (Mon-Fri)
