Process Improvement Analyst
6 Month Contract-to-Hire
Remote

Job Summary
As a member of the Record Management COE team, you will have the opportunity to influence the organization through customer-centric service delivery and operational excellence. This role will allow you to showcase your talent to lead, facilitate, and drive process improvement initiatives while making a direct impact on the maturity of Cigna's Information Life Cycle Management. This role requires the ability to influence and drive change. Passion for problem solving and the ability to identify innovative solutions will be key to your success in this role. You will have opportunities to interact with operations senior leadership on critical projects and work with a variety of cross-functional partners. Responsibilities
- Leads and manages cross-functional process improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and a variety of approaches and tools
- Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing IT/business processes and designs sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable future state solutions
- Documents existing processes and conducts root cause analysis to identify pain points
- Aligns with business partners to prioritize opportunities and recommend solutions that improve quality and service
- Communicates project status and risks to stakeholders and leadership
- Develops or provides input to work instructions, job aids, and training material

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in process improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to perform data analysis, summarize findings, and use data to support proposed solutions
- Proven critical and strategic thinking skills; ability to identify, assess, and solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly grasp new business areas and concepts
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree in business, health administration, finance, or related field
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, embrace change, and work both independently and in conjunction with co-workers of all levels
- Strong presentation skills across multiple levels of stakeholders
