LifePoint Health- Health Support CenterThe Senior HRIS Data Integration Analyst is responsible for supporting technical design, development, deployment and ongoing maintenance of various integrations with LifePoint's Human Capital Management System (HCM). This position will serve as the lead HCM technical subject matter expert on technical, integration, or data conversion matters.-- The Senior HRIS Data Integration Analyst must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer support while fulfilling HRIS responsibilities for Human Resources and its customers. This individual must have great interpersonal and collaboration skills to facilitate various cross-functional projects.This position is eligible for Remote Worker status.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:-- To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily.--

  • Works closely with HRIS team on customer-specific initiatives that involve data movement, translation, or integration.
  • Understands data warehousing and translation technology. Working knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot issues with data transfers via internal and external integration platforms using a combination of knowledge and tools including, but not limited to, XML, SQL, ETL, API, and sFTP.
  • Ensures quality, accuracy and completeness of HRIS communications including training plans, materials, online help, release notes and other define communication materials.
  • Participates in data architectural discussions involving data delivery impacts and contribute to the assessment of alternative solutions.
  • Effectively communicates technical data requirements, design and decisions that support HRIS functional needs.
  • Builds processes that support data transformation, data structures and workload management.
  • Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Provides project oversight related to data and other areas of responsibility from design through implementation of new systems implementations and upgrades.
  • Maintains strictest confidentiality in all work aspects and ensures continuing data integrity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.Additional Information: Position serves both internal co-workers and external customers and vendors.Serves as point of contact for upgrades, testing and other technical projects or initiatives as assigned.Serves as the point of contact for HRIS technical assistance.Responsible for testing and validating data integrations and/or confirming data extracts are accurate.Subject matter expert on HRIS data governance. Ensures data integrity, provides reports, and analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities.Strong technical problem solving skills to solve complex technical data communication or transmission issues.Provides assistance and technical support to key stakeholders related to data integration or data conversion issues.Support the continued development of HRIS methodologies, tools, and best practices within the company.Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.Exhibit a basic understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).-- Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.Job Requirements:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years.Certifications:--N/ALicenses: N/ASkills and Abilities:
    • Minimum 5 years' experience with HCM solutions (Ultimate Software, Workday, Infor, etc.).
    • Knowledge of UDES preferable.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in development and support of HCM Interfaces.
    • Advanced experience with SQL Expressions.
    • Advanced Cognos Analytics/Business Intelligence experience.
    • Strong work ethic, analytical, organized, and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience with system conversions and implementations desired.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail - passionate about data integrity and analytics.
    • Ability to handle high level of sensitive and confidential employee information.
    • Experience with and understanding of Human Capital Systems (HCM's) such as Ultimate Software, Workday or Peoplesoft highly desired.
    • Must work well with others in a team focused environment.
    • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
    • Advanced Computer Skills: -- Routine use of electronic mail and computer systems. Ability to incorporate complex and complicated functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives. --
    • Moderate Communication: --Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.
