Regional Flatbed Drivers

HTSI is a leader in the flatbed commodities hauling industry, looking for experienced CDL drivers with two years of flatbed experience who can work independently and provide SAFE and on-time deliveries to our customers.

Coverage Areas: Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, Alabama, Illinois, Wisconsin

Regional Class A Flatbed Drivers haul loads 4,000 to 40,000 pounds

• Earn $67,080 annually / $1,190 per week (guaranteed a weekly salary)
  
  • Base $1,075
    
  • Safety Bonus $75
    
  • Performance Bonus $100
    
  • Performance Plus Bonus $115 (must have 66.5 duty hours)
    • $1,000 Salary paid for orientation and training
      
    • Six Paid Holidays per year
      
    • 2 weeks of vacation and 5 Personal Days per year
      
    • No tarp freight (Use Conestoga Trailers)
      
    • Driver Referral Bonus ($3,400 per year for each driver referred and hired)

      Requirements
      
      • Must have flatbed experience
        
      • Acceptable driving record
        
      • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
        
      • Must be 21-years of age or older
