This Desktop Support Analyst position, which is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity, is located in the Nashville, Tennessee, area. Responsibilities - Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters - Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals - Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities - Offer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures - Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems - Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions - Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors Job Requirements: - Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals - Comprehensive knowledge of PC Hardware - Expertise in PC skills - Strong familiarity with PC desktop/workstations - Desktop support or related experience Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
