Our Business Analyst is our go-to person for reporting and analytics. They'll focus on key performance measures supporting call center operations, workforce optimization and finance, using both on-premise and cloud-based databases to create consolidated reports. They will partner with key areas of the business to gather requirements to support key user-maintained tables. Through their work, they'll educate users, support fellow teammates and drive growth. Core Qualifications Bachelor's degree in MIS or Quantitative Disciplines (such as Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering). 2 or more years' experience in a similar role. Experience with building data visualizations using tools like Spotfire, PowerBI and/or MS SSRS. A strong understanding of databases and query tools: DBeaver, SQL workbench, etc. Expert-level Excel skills. Fluent in statistical concepts and experienced in applying techniques. Additional Qualifications Knowledge of statistical tools in Python (SciPy, NumPy, Pandas, scikitlearn) or R is beneficial but not necessary.
