We’re looking for energetic and detail-oriented Event Assistants to
help bring fundraising and awareness events to life, making a real
impact from behind the scenes. As an Event Assistant, you'll
receive hands-on training and play a key role in supporting
outreach efforts, helping set up events, prepare materials, and
ensure a welcoming experience for attendees. If you thrive in a

Day-to-Day as an Event Assistant Will Involve: Assist with setup
and tear down of booths, signage, and event materials at various
community venues, keeping everything polished and professional.
Prepare and manage supplies and collateral, ensuring all materials
are stocked, organized, and event-ready. Provide on-the-ground
support during events, helping with attendee flow, answering
questions, and creating a warm, welcoming environment. Distribute
brochures, donation forms, and other materials with care and
attention to presentation. Share basic information about the
charity’s mission and programs, sparking interest and connection.
Quickly respond to minor issues or hiccups to keep events running
smoothly and efficiently. Support Charity Marketing Representatives
in creating an engaging atmosphere and positive first impressions.
Collect attendee details and feedback for follow-up and improving
future events. Contribute to a team-first environment, jumping in
where needed and helping ensure goals are met. Uphold Zeal TN’s and
our partners’ values through every task and interaction with the
public.
