Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Case Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling exams, record retrieval, exam quotes, and
payment requests
Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance
with client specifications
Provide insight and direction to management on consultant quality
and assist in resolving customer complaints
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
Knowledge of the insurance industry, preferably in claims
management
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and
physiology
Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general
computer operations
