Job Description:
A company is looking for a Titles Success Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients and lenders
regarding title and registration processes
Handle escalated matters and ensure timely resolution while
documenting all interactions
Interpret motor vehicle statutes and ensure compliance with Service
Level Agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of motor vehicle titling experience preferred, with
special consideration for knowledge of all 50 states
Three months of experience in the Title Department for internal
candidates
One year of leadership experience in an operations environment
Ability to interpret DMV statutes and formal de-escalation training
is a plus
