employee expectations. Job Description Summary: We are seeking a
highly motivated and results driven Account Executive to join our
team at Rose Paving Nashville. As an Account Executive, you will be
responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with
clients, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue
growth for the company. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing clients to ensure customer serve
satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business
opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing our
services and solutions. Collaborate with the operations team to
ensure the client expectations are met and projects are completed
successfully. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue set by the
Director of Sales. Requirements: Bachelor's degree Proven track
record of success in sales and business development. Excellent
communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong
organizational and time management skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of construction
