Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Server to join our team at Sam's Place. In this position, you will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience by taking orders, serving food and drinks, being knowledgeable about menu items, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting with restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

Take food and beverage orders accurately and professionally from guests.

Serve food and drinks in a timely and friendly manner.

Ensure that all guests needs are met in a timely and gracious manner.

Provide customers with accurate information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Check on guests satisfaction throughout each dining experience.

Assist with restaurant operations as needed.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

Maintain cleanliness standards in the restaurant and on the floor.

Help to maintain inventory and order supplies when necessary.

Requirements:

At least one year of experience as a server in a restaurant setting.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Understanding of cash register operations and ability to handle money.
