Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview of the Accounts Receivable Position:
- Communicate with customer clients via phone call regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangements
- Approve accounts receivable adjustments to customer accounts
- Reconcile cash receipts daily for accounts
- Processing customer payments and cash sales/credit card payments
- Apply customer payments to customer accounts
  Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Receivable role:
  - Prior experience in Accounts Receivable
  - Knowledge of Excel and Accounting software
  - Excellent customer service and communication skills
  - Strong attention to detail and organization
