• Professional GrowthJob DetailsJob Details:We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Water Quality Solution Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and quality of water in our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing water quality solutions, with a focus on hydraulics and stormwater management. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in water quality, hydraulics, stormwater, and sales to make a significant impact on our operations and deliver sustainable, high-quality water solutions.Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive water quality solutions for construction projects, with a focus on hydraulics and stormwater management.
  • Conduct regular water quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Work closely with project teams to provide technical expertise and guidance on water quality issues.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop and deliver effective water quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement in water quality management processes and practices.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team understanding and capability in water quality management.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, industry groups, and other stakeholders to stay abreast of latest trends and developments in water quality management.
  • Participate in sales presentations and client meetings to showcase our water quality solutions and capabilities.Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on water quality, hydraulics, stormwater management, and sales.
    • Strong understanding of the intricacies of stormwater management (water quality, hydraulics, etc).
    • A degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Strong understanding of water quality standards and regulations.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing water quality solutions in a construction context.
    • Excellent technical knowledge of hydraulics and stormwater management.
    • Strong sales skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling water quality solutions that meet client needs.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex water quality challenges.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
