Job Description:

Your role as a CCTV camera operator is to operate a closed-circuit television truck and utilize robotics to televise a sewer collection pipes in accordance with PACP standards.Spectrum Industrial Services has an immediate job opening for a CCTV Operator / Technician position in the Nashville, Tennessee area. The CCTV (Closed Caption Television) camera is a robotic machine with a mounted camera to inspect storm and sanitary sewer lines. Experience is preferred but will train potential candidate. The candidate must display work initiative and resourcefulness. The candidate must also have a desire and ability to learn and is a self-motivated individual. Once trained on the robotics, Spectrum will send the technician for NASSCO Pipeline Assessment (PACP) certification.Daily duties would include setting up and retrieving the robot/camera, cleaning equipment and assisting the Operator. Candidate must be capable of lifting 100 lbs throughout the day.What will you do:

• Lead daily safety talks and ensures the safety of the crew
• Complete utility inspections using approved procedures and upload daily data findings
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic equipment issues
• Read, analyze, and identify discrepancies using a digital or PDF map.Who you are and what you need:
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • experience as a CCTV Operator preferred but willing to train candidates if needed.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen required as a condition of employment
  • Outdoor experience preferred
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces, bend, kneel and lift to 100 pounds
  • Ability to travel as required, as needed, work weekends and work some nights as travel could be possible, but not typical. Travel is based on project locations.
  • Ability to possess or obtain NASSCO and PACP and Confined Space Training certifications
