Our mission is to deliver homes of superior quality and craftsmanship, and we strive to achieve this by working with the best professionals in the industry. -Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator and Design & Finish Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Additionally, the candidate will assist our design and finish team with various tasks related to the interior design and finishing of our homes. -Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to final delivery.
• Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in project scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring that deadlines are met and budgets are managed effectively.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Collaborate with the design and finish team to ensure that their work aligns with project timelines and specifications.
• Assist with interior design and finishing tasks, including selecting finishes, ordering materials, and managing deliveries.
• Help maintain project documentation, including plans, contracts, and change orders.
• Ensure that all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. -Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Current student or graduate of accredited design program.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and methods, as well as building codes and safety standards.
  • Experience in interior design and finishing is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
