Candidates must live within one of the following states to be eligible for this position; Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, WyomingESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESServes as the special handling support for AP Disbursement Team.Responsible for updating all department related logs and resolving returned checks.Assist in the disbursement of all CHS payments as neededAssist in preparing preliminary or final execution of job runs within in Lawson.Provide excellent customer service to all, including vendors, operating facilities, corporate headquarters, and SCSC teammates.Ensure all CHS and SCSC policies, processes, and procedures are clearly defined, updated and documentedMaintain accurate reporting for all assigned 1099 reportable income vendors.QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREDHigh School diploma or equivalentFlexibility in work schedule.
