Sr. MicroStrategy Automation Developer (2013)at SMX(View all jobs) (https://www.smxtech.com/careers/)United StatesSMX is seeking a **Sr. MicroStrategy Automation** **Developer who** will be able to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders for requirements analysis, and will be highly proficient in the technical architecture, design, and development of highly complex, customized MicroStrategy implementations. This position is remote supporting a Washington DC based program. This resource will focus on the enhancement and optimization of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) MicroStrategy implementation, with a focus on third-party plugins, user/usage tracking, and system automation.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Leverage Enterprise Manager/Platform Analytics alongside custom usage tracking tools to provide value added detail level user and usage statistics+ Collaborate across development teams to design, develop and implement Mapbox within existing MicroStrategy implementation+ Design, document, and implement automation components to reduce dependencies on manual maintenance activities+ Document requirement specifications and any related designs+ Execute project assignments to support overall objectives of the project plan; analyze and resolve technical problems+ Identify gaps between project scope and overall client needs.+ Represent MicroStrategy development team in collaborative design sessions+ Other duties as assigned**Required Skills:**+ End-to-end experience designing and leading MicroStrategy mapping implementations (Mapbox preferred)+ Experience using and customizing MicroStrategy REST API+ Deep experience with Enterprise Manager and Platform Analytics+ Experience developing in MicroStrategy within AWS environment+ Hands-on MicroStrategy Web Architecture, SDK features for Web, and Visualizations as well as MicroStrategy Platform Architecture including Web Server, Intelligence Server, and Metadata repository+ General Awareness of plug-in's & Custom Tags available out of the box for Customizations+ Experience with any of the following: Java Frameworks (Spring), JavaScript Frameworks (D3JS, JQuery, Angular, Knockout), SSO (SAML2.0, Federation, JWT, oAuth), Security (PKI, Digital Signatures, SSL with client certificates), HTML5, XML, CSS, JSP**Required Experience:**+ Minimum of ten years' experience designing, building, and delivering in MicroStrategy+ Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent+ The ability to obtain and maintain a **Secret clearance**\#cjpost #LI-SA1 #LI-RemoteOur tradition of delivering innovative, technical solutions dates back to 1995, however, you may know us better by one of our legacy company names: Trident Technologies, Smartronix, Datastrong or C2S Consulting Group.
